At FIG Phones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new device, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics. If your phone isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your mobile experience remains seamless.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your FIG Phones account and navigate to your order history to select the device you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is powered off. Pack the phone securely in its original packaging with all included accessories and chargers.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
